William
Paul Dooley,
Founder & Broker
|
Paul Dooley is a former private school teacher who joined
DeVoe Realty in 1977. Since that time he has become a leader
in the northwestern Connecticut real estate community holding
offices in the New Milford Board of Realtors and the Connecticut
Association of Realtors. He is a former member of the Kent
Board of Selectmen, the Planning and Zoning Commission,
the Zoning Board of Appeals, the Board of Assessment Appeals,
the Affordable Housing Task Force, and the Selectmen’s
Advisory Council. He is a founding director of the Kent
Land Trust, a former director of the Housatonic Valley Association
and has served as Executive Director of Pond Mountain Trust
(a private wildlife sanctuary of over 800 acres) for thirty
years. He is a former Realtor of the Year, Chairman of the
New Milford Board of Realtors Grievance Committee, and a
Town Meeting Moderator. He
founded Dooley Real Estate with his wife, Beth, in 1985.

Beth
Dooley,
co-Founder
|
A co-founder
of Dooley Real Estate, Beth has managed
the sales office for a major residential development (Brookwoods
II), headed a partnership which restored one of Kent’s
landmark buildings (Bull House) and has been president of
the Kent Children’s Center and the Kent Nursing Association.
She currently
serves on the Boards of the Kent Art Association, the Kent
Historical Society and is an active member of the Kent Garden
Club. She is also an accomplished artisit with a BFA from
Washington University whose work has appeared in local shows
and galleries.

Steve
Pener,
Real Estate Agent |
Steve is a graduate
of Skidmore College who has worked in publishing in New
York for several national publications, including Details
magazine. Since leaving New York, he has
worked as a land surveyor and as a building contractor renovating
vintage houses. He currently serves on the Kent Planning
and Zoning Commission and was a member of its Village District
Subcommittee, as well as coaching youth soccer. Steve’s
knowledge of construction techniques and surveying enable
him to help his clients make informed decisions in buying
land and country homes.

Maria-Luise
Busi,
Real Estate Agent |
Maria is one
of Kent’s best known businesswomen, having operated
Kent Video & Photo which has, for over a decade, been
a magnet for photo and art film enthusiasts and a rich
source of local information and recommendations for customers,
visitors and friends. Prior
to that she was Senior Vice President & Treasurer
for a major communications company in New York. Maria
has been active in the Kent Chamber of Commerce and various
Chamber promotions, volunteers many hours at Kent Kats
and may be seen operating a camera for Charter Communications
at political debates. The
energy, financial background and attention to detail that
she brought to building Kent Video & Photo have been
a welcome addition to our firm.

Susie
Rundall,
Real Estate Agent |
Susie is a life-long
resident of Kent who has been active in real estate for
over twenty years. She and her husband reside on Fuller
Mountain where they raise hay and cattle. They have undertaken
the restoration of several Kent landmarks (the Railroad
Station and Pond Mountain Farmhouse). She
is a member of the Kent Historical Society, the Historic
District Commission, Kent Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary,
and with her husband has served as caretaker of Pond Mountain
Natural Area for twenty-five years. Susie brings a solid
understanding of both zoning codes and building methods
to her real estate practice.

Filly
Meunier,
Office Mgr & Agent
|
A business graduate of Delhi University,
Filly is a licensed Realtor, a Notary Public and has served
as our office manager for over twenty years. In addition
to managing transaction files and public contact, she heads
our computer and internet activities. Filly is a member
of the Kent School Tennis Association, an avid skier and
a volunteer coordinator for FISH, arranging transportation
for the elderly and disabled. Hers is often the first voice
you hear when you call us.
